In order to guarantee your reservation, we require payment of the equivalent of 30% of the total amount upon booking. We will then forward a receipt for your confirmation within the next 24 hours.

Please be advised that full balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. We will also require a credit card imprint & pre-authorization on arrival for security purposes.

Standard Cancellation Policy – Mid and Low Season

– Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival – refund of deposit less $50 administration fee
– Cancellation between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival – loss of deposit
– Cancellation within 4 days prior to arrival date and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge
– No refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures

Our Office hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Friday ,9.00am – 1.00pm Saturday and 9.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.
